You can delete your Mahj Spot account any time, from inside the app or by asking us. Deletion is immediate and permanent. The Mahj Spot is provided by The Tile Collective LLC, and deleting your account clears your records from our systems as described below.

Delete from the app

Sign in, open your spot (your profile), scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete my account. Confirm, and it is done on the spot.

What gets deleted

Your account and email, your @handle, your stats and leaderboard entries, your daily meter, and the records of which tile sets, mats, and membership your account owned. If a membership is active it is canceled at Stripe in the same breath, so no further charges land.

What remains

Stripe keeps its own records of past payments, as financial regulations require; those live on Stripe's systems, not ours. Anonymous operational logs age out on their own within days.

No app handy?

Email support@mahj.spot from your account's email address and ask us to delete the account; we will confirm and take care of it.
